Voluntary support
Payments made through the Farynth support page are voluntary contributions to Farynth LLC’s independent experiments, builds, and films. They are not purchases, preorders, investments, loans, exchanges for equity, or tax-deductible charitable gifts. No product, service, access right, or other benefit is promised in return.
Payment and refunds
Support payments are processed as one-time payments through Stripe. You choose the amount before submitting the payment. Completed payments are generally final because nothing is being sold or reserved. If a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, or affected by a processor error, contact Farynth so it can be reviewed. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Use of funds
The current hardware fund supports a 96 GB Blackwell GPU and supporting workstation upgrades for running local models and exploring new ideas. Hardware availability, specifications, pricing, and project needs can change. Farynth may therefore apply support to comparable computing hardware or closely related operating capacity that serves this purpose. Reaching the goal does not guarantee a purchase date or a particular project outcome. Contributions made under an earlier stated funding purpose remain subject to that purpose.
Large or unusual payments
Stripe, financial institutions, or Farynth may review, decline, hold, or return a payment when required for fraud prevention, sanctions screening, source-of-funds review, legal compliance, or processor rules. Anyone considering a materially large contribution should contact Farynth before sending it.
